Based on my research, your curve mathces reality right until the 25th time listened, when a sharp drop off in likability occurs. At 40, the X axis is crossed and negative likability reached. This does not seem to haven an asymptotic behavior, instead approximating minus infinity (See: Mana - Rayando el sol)
You are right in your observations, however, the graph is not flawed. The asymptotic-like behavior you note is accurate only close to zero. The graph omits the data points for large values of the X-axis, which I suspect would follow the trend you suggest.
